Greetings,
I would like to offer space for a massage therapist to rent in my office in San Anselmo. Currently it is available all day Sundays, and additional hours frequently are available during the week. I am a chiropractor practicing in this location for over 20 years. It is a beautiful office in a very easily accessible location, easy parking, near bus lines. There are three treatment rooms, one dedicated to massage.
The monthly rate for one day – all Sundays – is $175. This includes utilities, access to WIFI, music, etc. Therapists provide their own supplies , linens and laundry. CAMTC or CMT certification and insurance is required. This position may lead to additional referrals for massage work
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,

Hello! I am a nurse at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base.
Each year we organize a week of events during the second week of May that focus on showing our amazing, Active-Duty Military nursing and medical technician staff how much we appreciate their hard work and personal sacrifice.

One of our most popular events is 10-15 minute massages offered by massage students

If this event is something you think you would be interested in volunteering for, please contact me at your earliest convenience. We are aiming to host the event on May 10 from 11:00-2:00, but the time is flexible.
Massage students and professionals welcome

Thank you

I am looking to add an aligned subletter to enhance the dynamic o my beautiful healing space that welcomes ALL. I am an Acupuncturist with an intuitive approach to Chinese Medicine and specialties in Cosmetic Acupuncture and Spiritual Growth.

A great match for the space is a bodyworker who is honest, respectful, quiet, clean, has a client base, knows how to keep their energetic space clear and is looking for a new or additional office space to expand into - to help not only to serve more clients but to help serve their own personal growth as well.

The room available is well lit with warm lighting and spacious (approx 15' x 10')! Includes 2 comfortable wingback chairs, credenza with some storage, bluetooth speaker, infrared heat lamp and massage table / stool.

Available Now.
$280 / month for 1 full day / week
$175 / month for 1 half day / week (9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm)

I am in the space Tuesday - Saturday and occasionally work out of all 3 rooms and will be adjusting my scheduling based on renters.

Rent includes:
-full use of treatment room on days / times rented

The neighborhood is a 10 minute walking distance to downtown San Rafael and the building is nestled into the Gerstle Park neighborhood on the main thoroughfare of D St / Wolfe Grade. It's a great, easy to access location that's also quite serene and quiet!

Any potential subletter must have valid certification with the CAMTC and possess a valid San Rafael business license (or acquire one once they decide to accept the space) and possess a Sole Proprietor permit
from the City of San Rafael (https://www.cityofsanrafael.org/massage-inspection-program/) **

If interested in the space please email me a brief bio / introduction of yourself and your practice along with any pertinent info - resumes, websites, current place of business, etc. I will respond to those interested who look aligned for the space and we can set up a time to meet and show you the space.

CMT Needed
Leaza Urban CMT is looking for a great CMT who might be looking for some extra work.
She is hoping to book her  clients with another CMT, at her studio in San Rafael, as an independent contractor.
This would be a 50/50 split (Rates are $100/60 minutes, $120/75 minutes, $135/90 minutes),
She provides the clients, the space and the sheets.
She does a lot of structural work (NeuroMuscular Reprogramming) so, ideally, you would have experience/knowledge with body mechanics, kinesiology, postural & structural issues, injuries, post surgery, etc.
CAMTC certification, City of San Rafael massage permit+liability insurance are required.

Please call, text or email, with questions/if interested
