North Bay Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center has been a mainstay in downtown Novato since 1990, and a chiropractic clinic continuously since 1954.
We are a collective of chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists who have worked together cooperatively for over a decade.
We are looking for a like-minded health practitioner to share common expenses with. Space would be excellent for a body worker/massage therapist
Available for immediate rent is exclusive use of a large treatment/therapy room (135 sq. feet) and shared use of a furnished treatment room with treatment table (90 sq. feet).
Both treatment rooms have a window and natural lighting.
The clinic also offers a shared waiting room, reception area, bathroom and a private parking space. Office has plenty of cabinets, closets and storage area for patient files, supplies, ....
The monthly rent is $485.00 per month, including all utilities, garbage, parking and office cleaning twice each month.
