 Elements Massage is hiring Certified Massage Therapists
 Located in the Bon Air Shopping Center at Hwy 101 and Sir Francis Drake, we are at the center of a fantastic customer base eager for local, customized massage.
We are currently looking for talented Massage Therapists who would like to grow with us and contribute to our team building.
We are a strong, hardworking group with friendly and caring management who are devoted to your success. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
A current Massage Therapist Certification from the CAMTC is required.

  Our therapists are trained to approach each client as any health care provider would.  Listening to the customer’s needs, affirming them and assessing progress at critical junctures to inform the therapist’s approach to treatment. 
In addition, leveraging their knowledge, skills and background for healing and therapy, our therapists develop and recommend a treatment plan for each client based on his/her unique needs and desired focus areas. Developing and recommending a wellness plan for each client is at the heart of our business model.

 Our EXCLUSIVE focus is on massage therapy!  There is no cross-selling of facials, body treatments or any related products and potions.  You simply will not find a more professional massage oriented work environment where you can focus exclusively on your chosen profession while other team members work to support your success.

We will provide everything you need to be successful:

·Clean, professional, peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Design emphasis on quiet and uncluttered spa-like feel.

·All supplies (Linens, lotions, music, bottled water, etc)

· Flexible Schedule

·Brand new six-room studio in professional, well-established and vibrant Greenbrae in one of the busiest shopping centers in the area.

Starting pay: $22 Base plus tips with a target of $35 to $40 per hour of treatment.

We also offer Career Advancement opportunities (including Lead Therapist & Management roles) as we look to expand in Marin County.

Modalities desired include Sports, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Swedish, and others.

Ability to occasionally participate in local marketing events within a 10 minute drive of the studio, providing chair massage and customer engagement, is a big plus. Paid, plus mileage reimbursement. Valid Driver's License required for these opportunities.

Elements Massage Studio is open 7 days a week and we have multiple shifts to choose from.
A weekend shift will be required by all staff.

$300 bonus after completion of 3 months of work!
