Part Time Office Space in San Rafael for Payment or Work Trade

Binh An, a former student from many years ago is looking for someone to sublease his office in San Rafael part time.  He is open to trading for low cost payment or work trade for help with managing the office.  This can be for a professional massage therapist looking for part time office space or for a student who is looking for a place to practice.
His intention is to support students and practitioners while keeping his  office occupied when he isn’t using it.
