Massage Room in San Rafael Chiropractic Office
Mmassage therapist(s) wanted to rent one of three rooms full time. Located along a row of well recognized medical buildings 10 minutes from Central San Rafael and about 2 minutes from 101. First floor access. Plenty on street parking and some reserved covered parking.
Currently there is a chiropractor and esthetician in the office. You will share the reception area and restroom both decorated to create a warm, professional atmosphere.
All utilities and DSL are included.
The room you would have was recently painted and has built in shelving against one wall.
The room is 13’ x 9’5”; $550/month full time, you could sublet to another massage therapist, (with approval), to make it part time. Common area is 220 sqft.
